Michael E. Kelley
Michael is serving a life sentence and has been a prisoner for many years. He says that he has survived, to some degree, many prisons such as Lewiston, Turner, & Livermore Falls. For the last twenty years or more, he has been a guest at MCI Cedar Junction [formerly Walpole], Massachusetts.
Although incarcerated, Michael has always written poetry and illustrated numerous religious books and all manner of graphical leaflets and cards, all from his life experiences.
Although denied his liberty, Michael continues to express his profound sense of freedom through his art and poetry.
